Ingredients
1 cup cannabis infused butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 cup granulated white sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
Preparation
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350F (175C) and grease the 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
With mixer on low speed, gradually add flour and cocoa powder until all the ingredients are completely combined. Again you should pause to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Bake the brownie for 25-30 mins. To not overcook, check the mixture inserting a toothpick and if it comes out cleanly, your brownies are done!
Let the brownie sit for 40mins-1 hour before cutting into squares.
